Executive Coaching
It is an individual competences development program, where the executive will
develop his own growth project inside the company. Program is conducted
in three phases, with objectives and timetable previously defined with
client, as follows:
Phase 1 – Identification of the required competences at work, with the
company support, as well as expected performance and the metrics for evaluation;
Phase 2 – Executive assessment to identify his main competences, as well
as, those which shall be developed in the executive coaching program.
Phase 3 – Individual coaching to develop those competences both company
and executive agreed upon. A timetable is set up.
